Description: Sacred Alignment massage is the utilization of all techniques such as deep tissue, myofascial release, stretching methods, light touch and energy healing through HealingTouch and ThetaHealing at the pace of the body to accomplish the clients goals. These goals range from increased range of motion, decreasing symptoms of pain and tension, releasing emotional, mental, and spiritual blocks, and feeling better in their own body . Just like unfolding human origami, slow and intentional! Each session will conclude with suggestions on keeping the tension down and when would be the best time to follow up with your next session.
Clothing: Best if no clothing is worn, you will be draped with a sheet during the massage.

Having been a dental assistant prior to being a massage therapist I have a unique insight to the disorders of the jaw and the types of symptoms it tends to cause as well as detailed anatomical knowledge of the mouth.
Clothing: If only getting the TMJ massage: Clothing is fine to wear as long as there is access to the collar bones and full neck. If adding on to other massage work then follow that clothing suggestion.
Benefit: Can reduce symptoms of TMJ disorders, migraines, chronic headaches, and soreness after dental treatments.

Clothing: Wear lose fitting or stretchy clothing that does not restrict range of motion. Workout clothing usually works well.

Raindrop Therapy combines aromatherapy, reflexology, and more to create a healing and cleansing massage. The purpose of the therapy is to bring total balance, a sense of harmony, and body wellness including mental, physical, and emotional through the techniques used.
Clothing: Must have access to full back and feet without clothing, for full massage included it is best if no clothing is worn, you will be draped with a sheet through the treatment.
